Regardless of how much our partner patent firm charges per hour to provide you with patent services, you pay a fixed fee.
Fees do not include a required government application fee of $230.Compared to Option A, you pay a reduced upfront service fee. However, if your patent is approved by the US Patent Office, you agree to pay us an additional $450. This reduces your upfront monetary risk.
