Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA): This legal document is provided as our agreement to prevent unauthorized disclosure of any confidential information you send to us.
Secured Network: Electronic documents are stored on a secured local network.
Secured Workplace: Access to our offices requires an electronic keycard. We share a building with Lockheed Martin and have continuous local police patrol.
Licensed Patent Firms: All of our provider patent firms employ licensed patent attorneys and agents. Their license requires them to secure confidential information and uphold ethical standards.
Best Practice Training: All Invention Consultants undergo training to ensure best practices when handling confidential information.
Commercial Grade Shredding: Paper documents received are scanned onto the secured network and then deposited for shredding by a commercial shredding company.
